Connected MOM was created to help expecting mothers stay connected to their OB team from the comfort of home. By sending blood pressure readings to your OB team, they will monitor your blood pressure readings between visits to catch potential issues sooner and provide peace-of-mind during one of the most exciting times of your life.
Blood Pressure Tracking With a Team Who Cares
Through Connected MOM, you will send blood pressure readings to your OB team from the comfort of home. Your readings are automatically added to your medical record, and your OB team will keep a close eye on how your pregnancy progresses on an ongoing basis – not just when you show up for a routine prenatal appointment.
By participating in Connected MOM, you will:
- Stay connected with your provider and their team between visits. Your OB team is responsible for your medical care throughout your pregnancy and will enroll you in the Connected MOM program if you're eligible.
- Enjoy close monitoring from your OB team. If you have any questions about your health or the health of your baby, or if you would like to stop participating in Connected MOM, you can contact them directly through your My Ochsner account.
- Have access to Connected MOM technical support. Connected MOM has a dedicated technical support team available to you Monday through Friday. If you need help with your digital blood pressure cuff, you can contact them at 877-378-0073 for assistance.

To support you during your pregnancy, your Connected MOM team includes:
Your Obstetrician
Your obstetrician is responsible for your medical care throughout the duration of your pregnancy and has enrolled you in the Connected MOM program.
If you have any questions about your health or the health of your baby, or if you would like to stop participating in Connected MOM, you can contact them directly through your MyOchsner account.
Tech Support
Connected MOM has a dedicated technical support person available to you Monday through Friday. If anything goes wrong with your equipment or you just need some help remembering how to use the technology, you can call 877-378-0073, and we will be available to troubleshoot with you.
